I didn't want to clutter the main post with comments. I like the simplicity.
Today we honor those men and women, living and dead, who serve and have served in our nation's defense and interests. We salute those who died for something greater then themselves, even if they didn't know why or even agreed with the reasons. They gave their all for others. What more could be asked of a man or woman?
Even if I don't always agree with the reasons my hat is off to you. This is your day. But truely your day is everyday. Through your actions you have given us today. I am proud to know you. Proud to learn about you. Proud to honor you. Thank you Vets.
